EUNOIA: Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace

The project EUNOIA: Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace is funded by the European Erasmus + / KA2 Program – Vocational Education and Training Strategic Partnerships.
The main focus of the project is to raise the awareness among professionals about the personal and economic costs of Mental Illness and to formulate the regulatory framework to address this issue. The project intends to customize Mental Health First Aid to the workplace with the aim to integrate it into Europe’s Health and Safety management systems. The final products will provide Employers, Managers, Supervisors and Employees with the tools and resources to develop a Workplace Mental Health Plan and integrate the MHFA into the existing First Aid and Occupational Health and Safety Strategy.
The Intellectual Outputs will include:
IO1 – Online platform with Interactive Mental Health First Aid training
IO2 – A handbook for Employers on Mental Health First Aid Implementation
IO3 – A handbook for Employees on Mental Health First Aid
The program is coordinated by Mullingar Employment Action Group in Ireland and the partner organizations are : Ekpaideftiria Kaloskami S.A (Greece), Good2Talk (Ireland), Dramblys (Spain), Inn Training (UK) , Agency for Territorial Marketing (Slovenia) and Karabağlar District Governorship (Turkey).
